2026/2027 Academic Year

Enrol your child.

We're currently accepting applications for the upcoming academic year. Here's everything you need to know.

How to apply.

1

Visit or call the school

Come to the school during working hours and ask to speak with the admissions office. We'll tell you exactly what's available and what the process involves.

2

Get and complete the form

Pick up an admissions form from the school office. Fill it in completely and attach all required documents.

3

Entrance assessment (JHS applicants)

Students applying directly into JHS Form 1 will sit a short placement assessment. This helps us place them appropriately and understand their needs.

4

Confirm your place

Once accepted, pay the required fees to secure your child's place. We'll give you all the information you need to prepare for the first day.

What to bring.

  • Birth certificate of the child (original + photocopy)
  • Recent passport-sized photograph of the child (2 copies)
  • Last school report card or academic record (if transferring)
  • Parent/guardian national ID or Ghana card
  • Completed admissions form (collected from the school)

Frequently asked questions.

What age can my child start?

We accept children from age 3 (Kindergarten 1). For Primary class placement, we go by the child's age and previous schooling.

Is there a waiting list?

Some classes fill up quickly, especially KG and JHS Form 1. We recommend applying early to avoid disappointment.

Do you accept mid-term transfers?

Yes, subject to space availability. Please contact the school to check current openings in the class you need.

What are the school hours?

School runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm. Morning assembly begins at 7:45am.
